1. Use of the app
Dittivo is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard License Agreement together with these terms. Use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Free trial and purchase
The 30-day free trial starts when you confirm the free in-app purchase. When it ends, dictation and the creation of new notes stop; notes you have already saved remain readable and shareable. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks Dittivo permanently. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Transcription accuracy
Transcription is automatic and may contain errors. Check the text before you send or rely on it, especially when accuracy matters.
4. Your data
Notes, vocabularies and settings are stored only on your Mac. You are responsible for backing them up. For details, see our privacy policy.
5. Third-party components
Dittivo uses whisper.cpp and an open-source Whisper speech recognition model, both released under the MIT license. The model is downloaded from Hugging Face.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dittivo is provided “as is”, without warranties, and we are not liable for damages or data loss arising from its use.
7. Updates
We may release updates to improve the app or fix problems. These terms apply to updated versions as well.
